You’re trying but it’s not working

You look at your marriage, family, career, performance, or faith and you are not satisfied. Your communication in marriage is struggling, the pressures of work and family are overwhelming you, or you are seeking a deeper connection with God in daily life. Let me help. Maybe you are battling performance anxiety or the relentless pursuit of perfection. My aim is to help you navigate life's complexities while staying true to our Catholic faith, fostering interior peace, and building the awareness and skills necessary to live your vocation well.

My Approach

Serviam Counseling offers a radically different and authentically Catholic approach to mental health. Utilizing a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, rooted in Thomistic Psychology and the wisdom of The Church, Serviam Counseling can help you address issues like anger, stress, performance, guilt, anxiety, and relationships, encouraging you to embrace your God-given purpose and lead a virtuous life. Ultimately, aiming to empower Catholics to find harmony between faith, reason, and psychological well-being, and live fully alive.

Welcome

Picture of Keoni Sablan

My name is Keoni Sablan and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California (#133337) and Arizona (LMFT-15974) and the Owner of Serviam Counseling. I provide telehealth services to individuals, families and couples in both states. I also offer coaching services to individuals and couples.

I am a passionately Catholic husband and father who is dedicated to inspiring Catholics to make an impact in the world by living their vocation well.

As a Catholic therapist, I am a firm believer in the power of therapy as a tool to increase the awareness, support and skills necessary to truly be who God calls us to be.

Through therapy, I aim to uncover and remove client’s relational, psychological, and spiritual impediments to God’s life-giving grace working in and through us.

“By yourself you will do nothing, but if you have God as the center of all your actions, then you will reach the goal.
